Deposit processing has resumed

Update: our equipment upgrade was successful and submission processing has resumed.

We will be doing a significant equipment upgrade tomorrow (July 19) and will need to suspend deposit and batch query processing beginning at 9 AM ET (1 PM UTC).  You will be able to send in your submissions but they won't be processed until our upgrade is complete, so expect delays. The queue may be suspended until as late as 2 PM ET (6 PM UTC) but we hope to resume processing before then.  We'll update when processing resumes.

This process may affect our system interface (http://doi.crossref.org) but will not impact the REST API.
